At Vardhman Computers, we ensure that all products are checked before dispatch. However, replacement is provided only under specific conditions.

❌ No Return Policy

  • No returns under any circumstances
  • No refund, exchange, or cancellation after sale

🔁 Replacement Eligibility

  • Product is Dead on Arrival (DOA)
  • Product damaged during transit
  • Wrong product received

⏱ Replacement Request Time

  • Report within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • Late requests will not be accepted

📸 Mandatory Proof

  • Unboxing video (no pause/cut)
  • Clear product & packaging images
  • Without proof, request may be rejected

📦 Product Condition

  • Unused and in original condition
  • All accessories, packaging & invoice required

🚚 Replacement Process

  • Initiated within 3–5 working days after approval
  • May require return & inspection of product

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Open Box products may have limited/no replacement
  • No claim without unboxing video
  • Minor scratches not covered
